Having spent the past six years in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, I have honed my expertise in managing various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and email support.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of accounts, primarily serving customers in the U.S., U.K., and France. I have handled inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communications for well-known clients such as Amazon.fr, Amazon.co.uk, and WS Apartments. Additionally, I have worked with Worldia, a prominent tour operator, where I assisted with outbound calls for a project involving Veesion, and managed customer inquiries related to IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) programs.

Furthermore, I worked with worldline as Reconciliation payment team, it is Back office manager.

My capacity to multi-task and manage my time efficiently has been essential in maintaining high levels of productivity in fast-paced environments. I am highly proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and SoftPhone systems such as Salesforce, Octorate, HubSpot, Aircall, and Ringover. Furthermore, I am adept at working with various software applications, including Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Skype, Discord, and Zoom, allowing me to seamlessly navigate both internal processes and customer interactions.
